READING WORKSHOPS - PROJECT " ALL TO OUR BOOKS! "

In order to further encourage students to read and instil in them the taste and pleasure of reading, Collège Dr Cécile Mboyo, in partnership with ASBL A NOS LIVRES (Belgium), has set up reading workshops where students playfully read. This is the project "ALL TO OUR BOOKS!" . The first edition 2021 - 2022 having been a success, these workshops are renewed for the school year 2022 - 2023.

The goal is to create an ingrained reading habit:
- 15 minutes of reading in class per day, to create the habit,
- 1 reading workshop twice a month remotely via Zoom with Mrs. Natacha Limbute Mpululu (Wednesday morning, 1 hour), for the 6th grade class,
- 1 reading workshop twice a week in the afternoons by trained teachers, for all primary school pupils.
- 1 remote meeting is planned every quarter between teachers and Mrs. Natacha Limbute Mpululu for experience sharing and reassessment of the project.
